1. Overview
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are made to order and are generally considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or incorrect spelling provided by the customer.
2. Returns & Replacements (Defective/Damaged Items)
If your item appears damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to offer a replacement or, in some cases, a refund.
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of item pick up.
- Requirements: To expedite your request, please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage to create@mncprint.com
- Defect Verification: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a refund to your original payment method via PayPal if payment was by credit card.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items (monograms, names, custom colors, etc.).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.
